Return/Exchange Policy

All items sold here on the Zoo Candy website are handmade items, most of which are wearable and "made to order". Because of this, returns or exchanges are limited only to unopened packages, and must be requested within 14 days of placing the order, or 48 hours of receiving the package; whichever comes first. Refunds will only be given for the cost of the item(s), not including shipping and handling fees.

In the case of items damaged in transit, please contact me immediately after discovering any damage. I cannot replace items damaged by "customer use".

For health code reasons, absolutely no returns can be accepted on hair items.


Shipping Rates and Info - All Orders Shipped by US Postal Service
Standard Shipping
Postage cost for all packages is determined by weight of the items ordered plus a 50¢ handling fee.
  • Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
  • International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless the weight exceeds 64 ounces.
  • International packages over 64 ounces must be sent via Priority Mail International.

Express Mail with Tracking
Tracking is not available with Standard Shipping (Priority Mail or First Class Mail). If you wish to have a tracking number for your package, you must upgrade to Express Mail. This is added as a flat fee onto the Standard Shipping amount.

Domestic Orders - Express Mail Upgrade - $15

International Orders: $20 to upgrade to Express Mail International (EMS).

NOTE: International packages over 64 ounces cannot be upgraded to Express Mail.
