"Ok, I think I've got it, but could you just give me a quick summary to double check?"

Sure, here are the steps to place an order for a Custom Character Wig:

  1. Find your Wig ID number in the Frequently Requested Characters, or by asking me to make a new one.
  2. Get your Wig Reservation Code to be able to bid.
  3. Bid in the auction to get a spot on the roster.
  4. Keep an eye out for an email from me after the end of the auction. (Or a refund of your deposit.)
  5. Send your payment within 48 hours of receiving the email.

"Well, what if I need a Character Wig, but don't want to use this Auction thing? Can't I just send you a big pile of money so I don't have to wait to see if I get on the roster?"
No. Not only is that unfair to the folks who are bidding, but it also insults my samurai honor.

"Alright, alright, just one more question: how many units will be available on the roster each month?"
The number of total units available will vary from month to month, based on how much time my apprentices and I can commit to, but it'll be at least 60. We all have other jobs or school to attend, so it's not like we can all work on wigs all the time. Needless to say, there will be enough on there that even the most time-consuming wig in the database will still have a chance.

Thanks for taking the time to read this, and good luck with your costumes! ^_^

-Katie
