Bio
So there I was, surrounded by Karpokian gas slugs... oh wait, have I told you this one already?
*sigh* I'm not very good at this auto-biography stuff, so I'll just give you a quick list.
- My name is Katie, but due to the lackings in the "ti" department of the Japanese language, I'm known by my friends as "Kate". (Which phonetically translates to "food"... Mmmm. I like food.)
- I own a mildly-modified Honda Civic covered in anime characters and parody racing stickers. I lovingly refer to my car as Superchamp.
- I have a total of six pets: two Chihuahuas, two flying squirrels, one pimp-canary, and one Aulonocara Jacobfriebergi. (A big, colorful fish... who watches people when they use the bathroom.) All of my pets have characters based on them in my Karaoke Kate comics. (With their names changed to protect the innocent, of course.)
- I have a very good memory for song lyrics, which probably contributed to the nickname "Karaoke Kate". However, although I love to sing, I rarely ever do actual karaoke.
- I like chocolate more than any sane person should.
- I can stick my whole fist in my mouth.
- I can't drink anything carbonated.
- I once ate Spam topped with whipped cream in front of my high school English class. (It was actually pretty tasty!)
- I completed the original Lunar (I'm talking the OLD Sega CD version here...) in 3.75 hours. Luna still said "Oops, too long." at the end of the credits. >,<
- I have a collection of "Great Moments in Katie's Odometer" pictures, featuring palindromatic or sequential numbers that have occured on Superchamp's odometer. (I'm a little bit weird.)
Also, I wanna give a big "howdy" to all my online pals who have stuck with me through the years. You guys are the greatest bunch of people I'll never meet.~_^
