"Who's that dork with the hat?"

Well, instead of doing a long, drawn out biography about myself (please, try to contain your enthusiasm), I'll just answers some of the common questions I've gotten throughout the years.

"How long have you been drawing?" Well I've been drawing ever since I was 3 according to my family. I didn't start to really kick ass until I was 6 or 7 years old. And then anime came into my life and I've been utilizing that style ever since. My style has changed a lot over the years. This may be a surprise but my style actually resembled Ranma ½ at first. Then I discovered Yoshiyuki Sadamoto and Kenji Tsuruta and I adopted a style similar to theirs. But now, I've kinda got a style all my own.

"Are you going to be an artist when you get older?" I'd like to think that I'm an artist now. As far as making it a career, I'd love to (they say if you have a job doing something you love, you'll never work a day in your life). I hope to put my talents to use in advertising and establish myself before I start comics and animation.

"How long have you liked Japanese cartoons?" I've liked anime ever since the 7th grade when I saw Tenchi Muyo in Love on the Sci-Fi channel. But I remember when I was like 5 seeing parts of Akira. Then I remember punching my sister in the thigh because she changed the channel (hey, I was 5). But after I got completely sick of all the yelling that makes up the dialogue in Tenchi, I started watching Evangelion and got hooked, though the ending was an extreme disappointment. My current favorite is Cowboy Bebop, which has the best soundtrack ever and the best hero and villain I've ever seen. Plus it has all the elements of a good action series.

"How long have you liked manga?" Ever since I first read Gunsmith Cats back in the day, I've been reading manga. I'm a huge fan of Blade of the Immortal now. The story is great and the characters are even better (especially Manji). And Hiroaki Samura's art suits the series well. I'm also a huge fan of Spirit of Wonder by Kenji Tsuruta (I can't wait for the new movie to come out). I remember when I finished reading that manga my heart ached because I was so sad to see it end (I nearly broke into tears it was so good). Even now when I think about that story, I get a funny feeling in my stomach and start to get all misty.

"Why do you draw boobs so big?" Habit I guess.

"If you could have your ass beat to a soundtrack, what would it be?" I'd rather not think about that question. .
